APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NUMBERS 2010-451,2010-
4529 AND 2010-453 FOR DELETING, ADDING AND AMENDING AN ARTICLE
AND SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 90, ZONING AND LAND USE AND ADOPTION
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE ENTIRE CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is required to update the municipal code to be consistent
with the 2030 comprehensive plan.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo updated additional sections to Chapter 90, LAND USE
AND ZONING, of the municipal code.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said ordinances at a duly called
public hearing on November 18, 2010, and December 9, 2010, and recommends
approval.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved and adopted said ordinances at its meeting on
December 20, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
adoption of ordinance numbers 2010-451, 2010-452, and 2010-453 for deleting, adding,
and amending an article and sections of Chapter 90, ZONING AND LAND USE, and
adoption of the official zoning map for the entire City.
ADOPTED by the City Council this P day of January, 2011.
