"PROVING WASHINGTON COUNTY CSAH 9 PROJECT WITHIN
MUNICIPAL CORPORATE LIMITS
WHEREAS, a Washington County (County) Recommended Layout, dated February 23,
2011, for State Aid Project No. 082-609-004, showing proposed pavement improvements
for County State -Aid Highway No. 9 (7& Street S) within the limits of the City of Hugo
(City) as a State Aid Project has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said County Recommended Layout be
in all things approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City supports the
County continuing with the development of final plans necessary for the construction of the
project.
Adopted and passed this 7d' day of March, 2011 by order of the Hugo City Council.
