APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR ELSIE JASINSKI FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF GREYSTONE AVENUE AND
SOUTH OF 177TH STREET
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Elsie Jasinski for the property located
generally located east of Greystone Avenue and south of 177"' Street;
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcel described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Elsie Jasinski.
ADOPTED by the City Council on August 1, 2011.
