APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR XCEL ENERGY FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15505 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Xcel Engery for the property located at
15505 Forest Boulevard North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in a parcel described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment subject to the following condition:
1. The parcel that is created within the public right of way shall be deeded to
MNDOT simultaneous with the recording of the property line adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Xcel Energy.

That part of the SWI/4 of the NEIM and the NWIM of the SEI/4 of Section 17,-
Township
7,Township 31 North, Range .21 West which lies Easterly of State Trunk Highway 61
described as follows:
Commencing at the center quarter -comer of said Section 17; thence North
88 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East on the east -west quarter line
thereof 85.50 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way boundary of said
Highway 61 and the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence
North 11 degrees 00 minutes 29 seconds East along said right-of-way
boundary 146.15 feet; thence North 88 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds
East 429.18 feet; thence South 00 degrees 36 minutes 02 seconds East
292.82 feet; thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West 489.48
feet to the East right-of-way boundary of said Highway 61; thence North
11 degrees 00 minutes 29 seconds East along said right-of-way boundary
to the point of beginning.
