APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GLAMOS WIRE PRODUCTS IN THE
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5564152ND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Paul Glamos has requested approval of a site plan to construct office
addition on the property located in the Peloquin Industrial Park legally described as
follows:
See Attached Legal Description
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan to Paul Glamos for an office addition on the property located in the Peloquin
Industrial Park subject to the following conditions:
1. There are no approvals for the future expansion to the north shown on the
site plan.
2. All trash dumpsters shall be located in the back of the building.
3. The proof of parking shall be constructed as deemed necessary by the City
if parking issues occur.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
4. All items in the engineer's memo dated March 17, 2010 shall be
completed.
5. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign
permits.
Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy:
6. All roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of
adjacent properties. The parapet wall shall be raised above the roofline.
7. All landscaping shall be fully installed.
8. The wall mounted light fixtures on the existing building shall be replaced
with the approved cut-off fixtures per lighting plan.
9. All exterior storage shall be relocated to the back of the building in the
area designated on the site plan.
