A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING REQUEST FOR THE LEGISLATIVE — CITIZEN
COMMISSION ON MINNESOTA RESOURCES APPROPRIATIONS (LCCMR) FROM
THE ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES TRUST FUND FOR
GROUNDWATER MONITORING
Whereas, the City Council of Hugo supports an application to the Legislative — Citizen
Commission on Minnesota Resources Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund to be
submitted on April 9, 2010 and that City Staff is hereby authorized to submit the request on
behalf of the City of Hugo.
Whereas, the City of Hugo agrees to the requirements and administration of the proposed
groundwater monitoring project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA:
The City Council authorizes the City staff to submit an appropriations request to the Legislative —
Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources in an effort to obtain funds to be used for
groundwater monitoring within the City of Hugo.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo this 19'h Day of April, 2010. \
