APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION
OF A FARMERS MARKET AS AN INTERIM USE, AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 14383 FOREST BLVD NORTH
WHEREAS, St. Paul Grower's Association has applied for an Interim Use Permit to
allow for the operation of a farmer's market as an accessory use on the property legally
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing on May 27, 2010, and recommended approval subject to the following
conditions:
1. No other signs other than related to the vendors and farmers market shall be
allowed.
2. Duration of time shall be on Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. from June
through October.
3. The St. Paul Grower's Association shall be responsible for all clean up of the site
after each farmers market.
4. There shall be no parking on any public streets for event parking, all parking must
take place on the property in which the Interim Use Permit is approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve an Interim
Use Permit for the St. Paul Grower's Association.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 70' day of June 2010.
