RESOLUTION NO 2010-25
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR FUNDING
FROM THE COMMUNITY CONSERVATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
WHERAS, the City of Hugo supports an application to the Minnesota Department of
Natural Resources Community Conservation Assistance Program to be submitted on June 25,
2010 and that City staff is hereby authorized to submit the request on behalf of the City of Hugo.
WHERAS, the City of Hugo agrees to the requirements of the Community Conservation
Program including a minimum match of 25 percent in local cash or in-kind services and
completion of the project by June 30, 2011.
WHERAS, the City of Hugo agrees to support the project and future use of its
deliverables.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO,
MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council authorizes the City stag to submit an application to the
Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Community Conservation Assistance Program to
obtain funds to be used for studying conservation and development potential within the City of
Hugo.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo this 21 sc Day of June, 2010.
