APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JULIE AND VINCE
LUTZFOR AN ACCESSORY BUILDING UP TO 125% OF THE PERMITTED
SIZE IN THE AGRICUTRAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 15118 IRISH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Julie and Vince Lutz have requested approval of a conditional use permit to
allow 6,660 square feet for accessory buildings, where 5,500 is allowed by ordinance on
property located at Irish Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on July 8, 2010, and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit for Julie and Vince Lutz to allow 6,660 square feet for accessory
buildings,where 5,500 square feet is allowed by ordinance on property located at 15118
Irish Avenue North.
1. This permit shall be subject to all applicable building codes.
2. The accessory building shall not be used for business related activities.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of July 2010.
