APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR THE CITY OF HUGO FOR A SALT
STORAGE BUILDING LOCATED AT 6900137TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has requested approval of a site plan for a 3,600 square
foot salt storage building at the public works property located at 6900 137th Street North

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for a 3,600 square foot salt storage building at the public works property located at
6900 137`h Street North.
1. A building permit shall be issued prior to construction.
2. Storm water management shall be approved by the City Engineer and permitted
by the LGU.
