APPROVING THE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE RICE CREEK
WATERSHED DISTRICT FOR LiDAR PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District has developed a set of Light
Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) products; and
WHEREAS, the LiDAR products have been developed with public resources,
and it is the Districts intent they be made available to other public bodies; and
WHEREAS, the District has determined to not charge others for their use; and
WHEREAS, the District requires a license agreement to provide for the
disclosure of the LiDAR products in accordance with certain protections and
commitments by the user,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, approves the license agreement with the
Rice Creek Watershed District for the LiDAR products.
Adopted and passed this 18th day of October, 2010 by order of the Hugo City Council.
