APPROVING A LOT SPLIT FOR BLOCK 5, LOT 5, FABLE HILL FIRST
ADDITION AND A PUD AMENDMENT FOR FABLE HILL FIRST ADDTION
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Pratt Investments Company for a lot split
for the property located at Block 5, Lot 5, Fable Hill First Addtion.
WHEREAS, the lot split would result in two parcels described as follows:

WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Pratt Investment Company for a PUD
amendment to allow a total of 53 sigle family homes in Fable Hill First Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said lot split and PUD amendment
on Januray 8, 2009 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
split and PUD amendment for Fable Hill First Addtion to Pratt Investment Company.
