4 <br />RESOLUTION 2009-10 <br />APPROVING A SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR MIKE ANDERSON IN <br />THE CENTRAL BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 14559 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Mike Anderson has requested approval of a site plan and variance from the <br />parking and shoreland setback requirements and is legally described as follows: <br />See Attached <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan and variances on <br />March 12, 2009 and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve site plan <br />and variances from the parking and shoreland setback requirements for Mike Anderson, <br />under the following conditions: <br />1. A demolition permit shall be issued prior to the demolition of Carpenters <br />Restaurant and the antique shop. <br />2. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain a sign permit. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />3. Landscaping shall be fully installed per plans submitted February 24, 2009. <br />4. All roof top mechanical equipment shall be screened. <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit: <br />5. An agreement allowing for construction of the parking lot on City owned property <br />shall be approved. <br />6. An easement shall be dedicated for right of way for the future expansion of TH <br />61. <br />7. A parking and cross access agreement shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />City. <br />8. A driveway permit shall be reviewed and approved by MNDOT. <br />9. All items on the Engineer's memo dated March 5, 2009 shall be addressed. <br />
