RESOLUTION 2009-19 <br />APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR JIM LEROUX ON PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 16629 ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Jim Leroux that requests approval of a <br />minor subdivision for property located at 16629 Elmcrest Avenue North; <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor <br />subdivision for Jim Leroux, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. A minor subdivision is approved to allow the creation of two lots, in accordance with <br />the plans and application received by the City on April 23, 2009. <br />2. The subdivision shall be revised to provide a 10 -acre parcel for the existing home and <br />a 32.3 -acre parcel on the east. <br />3. The park dedication shall be cash -in -lieu of dedication for a total of $2,400. <br />4. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant must provide a grading plan that <br />reflects the current topography and proposed grading. <br />5.
