APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR BRADLEY AND
JENNIFER MOTZ TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK WITHIN A
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5710 159TH CIRCLE NORTH
WHEREAS, Bradley and Jennifer Motz, requested approval of an encroachment
agreement to allow construction of a deck within a drainage and utility easement on the
property located at 5710 159th Circle North, legally described as follows;
Lot 7, Block 1, Creekview Preserve 3rd Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement to Bradley and Jennifer Motz to allow construction of a deck
within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 5710 159th Cirlce
North.
