APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT AND VARIANCE FOR
WILLIAM AND JULIANNE SLOWIKOWSKI ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
15470 GOODVIEW AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, William and Julianne Slowikowski have requested approval of an
encroachment agreement and variance to construct a patio deck to their home 2 feet from
the side property line where 10 feet is required by ordinance.
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, ONEKA PONDS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public
hearing on June 25, 2009 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it. should and hereby does approve the
variance request to William and Julianne Slowikowski have requested approval of an
encroachment agreement and variance to construct a patio deck to their home 2 feet from
the side property line where 10 feet is required by ordinance.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 6th day of July, 2009
