APPROVING VARIANCES FOR DANIEL AND RANELL TENNYSON IN THE
RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
12582 INGERSOLL AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Daniel and Ranell Tennyson have requested approval of variances from the
front, rear and shoreland setback requirements to construct a 1,152 square foot building
addition.
LOT 27,28 and 29, BLOCK 2, SUNSET PARK
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public
hearing on September 24, 2009 and recommends approval with the following conditions:
1. The lowest floor of the addition shall be 4 feet above any known water table or
the ordinary high water mark of Sunset Lake, which ever is the greater.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
variance requests for Daniel and Ranell Tennyson from the front, rear and shoreland
setback requirements to construct a 1,152 square foot building addition.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 5th day of October 2009
