A RESOLUTION RELATED TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ALONG 1WH STREET
NORTH FOR THE 2010 BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANT WORK
PROJECT
S.A.P. No. 224-080-002 from 1200' East of Elmcrest Avenue to 1000' West of Europa Trail in the
City of Hugo in Washington County, Minnesota.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of 129" Street North, State Aid Route No.
224-080-002 from 1200' East of Elmcrest Avenue to 1000' West of Europa Trail in
the City of Hugo in Washington County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvements of this
Street; and
WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking; and approval of the
proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must therefore be
conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo that:
1) The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles along both sides of 129th Street North from
Elmcrest Avenue to Europa Trail.
