APPROVING AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR MICHAEL
MCNEALLY TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A DECK AND PORCH
WITHIN A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 12818 FONDANT TRAIL NORTH
WHEREAS, Michael MCNeally has requested approval of an encroachment agreement
to allow construction of a deck and porch within a drainage and utility easement on the
property located at 12818 Fondant Trail North, legally described as follows;
Lot 7, Block 1, Bever Ponds 5th Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the encroachment
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
encroachment agreement to Michael McNeally to allow construction of a deck and porch
within a drainage and utility easement on the property located at 12818 Fondant Trail
North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 16th day of November 2009
