RESOLUTION 2009 - 41
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB -GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
HOMELAND SECURITY AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into a sub -grant agreement with the
Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of
Public Safety for the program entitled Hazard Mitigation Assistance Program for Presidential
disaster declaration FEMA 1830 -DR -MN.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Fran Miron, Mayor of Hugo, is hereby authorized to
execute and sign such sub -grant agreements and any amendments hereto as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of the City of Hugo.
