A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MN/DOT AGREEMENT FOR TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNAL AT TRUNK HIGHWAY 61/147 STREET NORTH
IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Hugo enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 94744 with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the
grading, surfacing, drainage, storm water treatment pond and traffic control signal system
construction and other associated construction to be performed upon, along and adjacent
to Trunk Highway No. 61 from County State Aid Highway No. 8 to 500 feet north of
150th Street North within the corporate City limits under State Project No. 8206-40.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that it should and
hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement and any
amendments to the Agreement.
