APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE,
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED. AT 7180177TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Joe Modrow has requested renewal of an interim use permit to allow for the
operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property legally described as
follows:
Sect -04 Twp -031 Range -021 PT NE1/4-NE1/4 SEC04T31R21 BEING THE E 330FT
OF W 660FT OF SD 1/4 OF SEC 4 HUGO
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request to renew an intern use permit for a home occupation as an accessory use for the
property located at 71801770' Street N subject to the conditions included therein:
1. There shall only be one sewer pump truck, one jetter truck and trailer, one
F350, and 2 vans used for the business stored on the property that used for
the business.
2. Two unlicensed vehicles shall be allowed on the property as long as
they're not being used for business related activities and are considered
junk vehicles.
3. The applicant shall meet all conditions listed in the interim use permit
other than amended with this approval.
4. The permit shall be approved for duration of two years and shall be
reviewed two years after the date of approval.
