APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR MARK GRANGER FOR
PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5725148TH STREET NORTH AND 14815
FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Mark Granger that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located at 5725 148th Street North and 14815
Forest Boulevard North
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Mark Granger
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 3, 2008
