APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR INDUSTRIAL PAINTING SPECIALIST IN
THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 5858152ND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, the Gary Papermaster has requested approval plan to construct an expansion
to the existing building on property located at 5858 152nd Street North legally described
as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan on March 27, 2008
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Gary Papermaster to construct an expansion to the existing building, on property
located at 5858 152nd Street North.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
1. The landscape plan shall be completed with the required amount of tress and
shrubs.
2. The parking lot showing 96 spaces on the east side of the building shall be
reserved as deferred parking. At any such time deemed necessary by the City, the
property owner shall pave and stripe the parking area in accordance with City
standards.
3. The deferred parking area is subject to further review and approval by staff prior
to construction.
4. The applicant shall submit a full lighting plan and cut sheets of all parking lot
lights, exterior building light, and ground fixtures, if any. Only cut-off fixtures
are allowed
5. All items in the engineer's memo dated March 20, 2008 shall be completed.
6. The exterior storage area shall be limited to 62,328 square feet or less, as allowed
by ordinance.
7. All items on the agreement with the Fire Marshal dated March 26, 2008 shall be
required.

Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy:
1. The roof top mechanical equipment must be screened from view of adjacent
properties
