RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, bIINNESOTA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK
TO SIGN THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT IN THE MATTER OF CITY OF HUGO
AND WAGNER PARTNERS, L.L.L.P.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo and Wagner Partners, L.L.L.P. are desirous of entering into
and signing the Development Agreement attached hereto; and
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that by the City Council of the City of Hugo,
Washington County, Minnesota as follows:
1. The Mayor and Clerk therefore are authorized to execute same as the act and deed
of the City.

This Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted and signed by the Mayor and City
Administrator this 7 day of April, 2008.
