RESOLUTION 2008-20
APPROVING VARIANCES FOR GEORGE KNUTESON IN THE GENERAL
AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10051
KERRY COURT NORTH
WHEREAS, George Knuteson has requested approval of two variances to construct a an
addition to his home 15 feet from the side property line where 20 feet is required and for
the addition to be 20 feet from South School Section Lake where 200 feet is required.
SEE ATTACHED
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public
hearing on May 8, 2008 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
variance requests to George Knuteson to permit construction of an addition to be located
15 feet from the side property line where 20 feet is required and for the addition to be 20
feet from South School Section Lake where 200 feet is required:

Township Thirty-one (31) North, Range Twenty-one (21), Washington County, Minnesota,

Commencing at the southeast carn�.r of Section Twenty-five (25), Township.2hirty
