RESOLUTION 2008 - 22
APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR DEBORAH WALLACE
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 8863180TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Deborah Wallace that requests approval of a
property line adjustment for properties located 8863 180th Street North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Deborah Wallace.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 19th day of May 2008
