APPROVING VARIANCES FOR BRIAN AND MEGAN SCHMIDT IN THE
RURAL RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
12727 HOMESTEAD DRIVE NORTH
WHEREAS, Brian and Megan Schmidt have requested approval of a variance to
construct a an addition to their home 64.5 feet from the ordinary high water mark of
Sunset Lake where 100 feet is required by ordinance.
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, ROYAL HAVEN ESTATES, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning has reviewed said variance at a duly called public
hearing on September 25, 2008 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
variance request to Brian and Megan Schmidt have requested approval of a variance to
construct a an addition to their home 64.5 feet from the ordinary high water mark of
Sunset Lake where 100 feet is required by ordinance.
