APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR GERALD HAUBLE
FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 5460 AND 5480125TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Gerald Hauble for the properties located at
5460 and 5480 125th Street North.
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line
adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment for Gerald Hauble.

That part of the West 841.47 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter,
Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 21 West, Waslriugton County, Mnnesota, lying
southerly and easterly of the Hauble and Strohler parcel as described on Document
Number 406266.
Except the East 204.75 feet of the West 841.47 feet of the South 317.50 feet of said
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
Subject to 125* Street North along the south line.
Subject to and together with any other valid easements, astrictions and reservations.
