A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES RELATING TO THE 129rH STREET LIFT
STATION SANITARY SEWER UTILITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.1
NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sewer utility fee is hereby approved and
adopted effective immediately upon passage and publication:
A. SEWER UTILITY FEE
1. $4,113.00 per connection ($205,650 — cost of construction / 50 units)
Passed and adopted by the City Council for the City of Hugo this 17'f" day of November,
2008.
