APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 7630137TH STREET COURT AND OUTLOT A OF DEER PARK
ESTATES, AMENDMENTS TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT CONDITIONS,
AND AMENDMENTS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR DEER
PARK ESTATES
WHEREAS, applications have been filed by David and Carol Schumann, and Mike and
Stacy Baecker;
WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as
follows:
(See Attached)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a duly called a public hearing on December 11,
2008 has fully considered the request for the property line adjustment, amendments to the
preliminary plat conditions, and amendments to the development agreements and
recommended approval to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
property line adjustment amendments to the preliminary plat conditions, and amendments
to the development agreements and recommended approval to the City Council.

07 seconds West, along a northerly projection of the westerly line of said Lot 7, and along
the line being described., 168.46 feet, more or less, to the. northerly line of said Outlot
and the end of the line being described.
