APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR LAMETTI AND SONS INC
FOR EXTERIOR STORAGE AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING IN THE
RESTRICTED INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 16028 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Fred Chase, Vice President of Lametti and Sons Inc has requested approval
of a conditional use permit to allow exterior storage and light manufacturing, on property
located at 16028 Forest Boulevard North legally described as follows:
(See attached Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on December 14, 2006, and recommends approval subject to the
conditions listed in the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit to Fred Chase Vice President of Lametti and Sons Inc to allow
exterior storage and light manufacturing, on property located at 16028 Forest Boulevard
North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of January, 2007.
