A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, as a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that the City Council
designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to comprise a Municipal State Aid Street
system; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has
approved certain streets within the City to become a part of said system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. That 165x' Street North from U.S. Highway 61 to Ingersoll Avenue North shall be
added to the City of Hugo MSAS system.
2. That Oneka Parkway (futurelproposed alignment) from CSAH 8 to 147h Street North
shall be added to the City of Hugo MSAS system.
3. That 147" Avenue North (futurelproposed alignment) from CSAH 8 to Oneka
Parkway (futuxWproposed alignment) shall be removed from the City of Hugo MSAS
system.
4. That Homestead Avenue from 137" Street (CSAR 8) to 132nd Street North shall be
removed from the City of Hugo MSAS system.
5. That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution by May 1, 2007 for
transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
ADOPTED by the Hugo City Council this 16d' day of April, 2007.
