RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING POLICY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Hugo, Minnesota
(the "City"), as follows:
Adoption of the Tax Increment Financing, Policv. The Tax Increment Financing Policy
attached hereto as Exhibit A is hereby adopted.
Adopted on April 16, 2007, by the Hugo City Council.
