APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT FOR MARK AND JOAN LANASA TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A SHARED DRIVEWAY ON THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 6515175th STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, Mark and Joan LaNasa, requested approval of a conditional use permit and
encroachment agreement to allow construction of a shared driveway on the property
located at 6515 175th Street North.
(See attached Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit and
encroachment agreement at a duly called public hearing on May 10, 2007 and
recommends approval subject to the conditions listed in the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit and encroachment agreement to Mark and Joan LaNasa to allow
construction of a shared driveway on the property located at 6515 175th Street North.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 st day of May, 2007.
