APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JOSEPH AND MARCIA
WOLKERSTORFER TO ALLOW A SHARED DRIVEWAY ON THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16730 JEFFREY AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer, requested approval of a conditional use
permit to allow a shared driveway on the property located at 16730 Jeffrey Avenue North
(See attached Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on July 26, 2007 and recommends approval subject to the
conditions listed in the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit to Joseph and Marcia Wolkerstorfer to allow a shared driveway on
the property located at 16730 Jeffrey Avenue North.
ADOPTED by the City Council the 6" day of August, 2007.
