APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GUSSET DESIGN IN THE GENERAL
BUSINESS ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED 15587 FOREST
BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Rick Burr has requested approval of a site plan to allow for construction of a
building addition on property located at 15587 Forest Boulevard North.
See Attached Legal Description
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public
hearing on August 9, 2007 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for Rick Burr to construct a building addition on property located at 15587 Forest
Boulevard North, subject to the following conditions;
1. There shall be no exterior storage located on the property.
2. There shall be no manufacturing, sandblasting, or other similar business-
related activity occurring outside of the building.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
3. All items in the engineer's memo dated August 1, 2007 shall be
completed, as well as the "red -line" detailed engineering comments that
were sent directly to the applicant's engineer on July 31, 2007.
4. A revised landscape plan shall be approved by staff when the final grading
plan for the pond is approved by the City Engineer.
5. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign
permits.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 20th day of August, 2007.
