APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICK BURR TO ALLOW
AN EXPANSION OF A LEGAL NON -CONFORMING INDUSTRIAL USE ON
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15587 FOREST BOULEVARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Rick Burr, requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow an
expansion of a legal non -conforming industrial use on the property located at 15587
Forest Boulevard North
(See attached Exhibit A)
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on August 9, 2007 and recommends approval subject to the
conditions listed in the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit for Rick Burr to allow an expansion of a legal non -conforming
industrial use on the property located at 15587 Forest Boulevard North with the following
findings:
1. The expansion will reduce the impacts of the industrial legal non-
conforming use from the surrounding properties by discontinuing exterior
storage on the property by placing all materials within the building
addition.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 20" day of August, 2007.
