APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS AND ALICIA SATHRE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 132ND STREET
AND INGERSOLL AVENUE
WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Thomas and Alicia Sathre that requests
approval of a minor subdivision for property located at the southwest corner of 132nd
Street and Ingersoll Avenue.
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the minor
subdivision for Thomas and Alicia Sathre, subject to the following conditions:
1. A minor subdivision is approved in accordance with the plans and application
received by the City on August 23, 2007, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The property is subject to the development standards of the Shoreland Overlay
District and the Rural Residential zoning district.
3. Drainage and Utility Easements shall be recorded with Washington County at the time
that the Minor Subdivision is recorded
4. Prior to recording the subdivision, the applicant shall pay the park dedication fee in
lieu of land dedication, pursuant to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of
recording the subdivision.
5. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant will need to obtain a septic
system permit from Washington County Environmental Services for the new lots.
6. Prior to the issuance of a building permit a driveway permit shall be obtained.
