APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR WHITE BEAR LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14895 FRANCESCA AVE NORTH
WHEREAS, The White Bear Lake School District has requested approval of a site plan
to allow for the construction of two building additions and related site improvements on
the property legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by White Bear Lake School District for a site plan, subject to the following
conditions:
1. A site plan is approved to allow the construction of two building additions and related
site improvements in accordance with the plans received on December 29, 2005,
except as amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, the applicant shall comply with the
requirements outlined in the City engineer's memo dated February 16, 2006, and shall
comply with all City storm water requirements.
3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall submit a lighting plan
for any exterior lighting. The plan shall include cut -sheets indicating that all lighting
will contain cut-off fixtures and will comply with the City's exterior lighting
standards.
