RESOLUTION 2006 - 25 <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SERMAC AMERICA FOR <br />A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING <br />DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13483 FENWAY BOULEVARD <br />CIRCLE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, Larry Schmidt President of Sermac America has requested approval of a <br />conditional use permit to allow motor vehicle sales, on property located at 13483 Fenway <br />Boulevard Circle North legally described as follows: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, of Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br />called public hearing on April 27, 2006, and recommends approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br />conditional use permit to Larry Schmidt President of Sermac America to allow motor <br />vehicle sales, on property located at 13483 Fenway Boulevard Circle North <br />1. Motor vehicle sales shall be limited to an average of 2 vehicle sales per month. <br />2. The motor vehicle sales shall be limited to the sale of truck mounted concrete pumps. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of May, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />dlv-� <br />Mary eager, City Clerk <br />
