APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SERMAC AMERICA FOR
A MOTOR VEHICLE SALES IN THE GENERAL INDUSTRIAL ZONING
DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 13483 FENWAY BOULEVARD
CIRCLE NORTH
WHEREAS, Larry Schmidt President of Sermac America has requested approval of a
conditional use permit to allow motor vehicle sales, on property located at 13483 Fenway
Boulevard Circle North legally described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, of Bald Eagle Industrial Park 5th Addition.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly
called public hearing on April 27, 2006, and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
conditional use permit to Larry Schmidt President of Sermac America to allow motor
vehicle sales, on property located at 13483 Fenway Boulevard Circle North
1. Motor vehicle sales shall be limited to an average of 2 vehicle sales per month.
2. The motor vehicle sales shall be limited to the sale of truck mounted concrete pumps.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 15th day of May, 2006.
