WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION NO. 2006-32
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER
OF OUTLOT A. WATERS EDGE TO
WHITE BEAR LAKE ISD #624
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo has determined that it is in its best interest
to convey the real property legally described as Outlot A, Waters Edge to White Bear
Lake Area School District, Independent School District No. 624; and
WHEREAS, the applicant is warranting and representing that it is the
owner of land contained within said real property; and
WHEREAS, the public hearings as required by law have been properly
noticed, with hearings conducted before the City Council of the City of Hugo.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
FOR THE CITY OF HUGO AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Hugo does hereby approve the conveyance and
transfer of the real property legally described as Outlot A, Water's
Edge, Washington County, Minnesota to White Bear Lake Area
School District, Independent School District No. 624.
Passed and adopted by the City Council for the City of Hugo this 190 day
of June 2006.
