A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 129th STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of thS City Council adopted June 5, 2006 fixed a date for a Council hearing on
the proposed 129 Street Improvements between the west City limits and a point
approximately 400 feet north of Europa Trail by constructing sanitary sewer and water
supply utilities, and reconstructing the roadway and this report was received by the council
on July 5, 2006, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the
hearing was held thereon on the 5m day of July, 2006, at which time all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Council members voting AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 17a` day of July, 2006
