RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY TAX LEVY PAYABLE IN 2007
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the following sums of money be levied
for the current year, payable in 2007, upon the taxable property in the City of Hugo,
and certified to Washington County for collection:
General Operating
Stormwater Maintenance
Capital Equipment
Capital Improvement
Total General Levy
Tax Abatement
Fire Station Bonds
City Hall Bonds
2002 Equipment Certificates (General Obligations)
2003 Equipment Certificates (General Obligations)
PW Facility Bonds (General Obligations)
Total Debt Service
Total Certified Tax Levy

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the annual Truth -in -Taxation hearing be scheduled for
December 4, 2006 at 7:00 pm and a continuation hearing, if necessary, be scheduled
for December 18, 2006 at 7:00 pm.
Upon roll call, the following members voting AYE: Granger, Puleo, Haas, Petryk and Miron.
Upon roll call, the following members voting NAY: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 5th day of September, 2006.
