A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FUNDING FROM MNDOT THROUGH THE
MUNICIPAL AGREEMENT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo wishes to improve the operation and safety of the intersection at
TH 61 and 147" Street North; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is requesting financial participation in the project from the
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) through the Municipal Agreement Program;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Hugo is committed to providing the local share of the costs if the
project is selected as part of the upcoming Municipal Agreement Program; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA,
The City of Hur is requesting funding from MNDOT for improvements to the intersection at
TH 61 and 147 Street North.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
forward certified copies of this resolution to MNDOT as directed by the City Engineer.
Motion to approve this resolution was made by: Becky Petryk
Seconded by: Mike Granger
Voting AYE: Granger, Haas, Petryk, Puleo, Miron
Voting NAY: NONE
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted by the City Council this 2nd day of
October 2006.
