APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR KIDZPLACE CHILDCARE CENTER IN THE
RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ZONING DISTRICT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT
5448140TH STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, the Dragonfly Group has requested approval site plan to construct a
childcare center on property located at 5448 140th Street North legally described as
follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said site plan at a duly called public
hearing on September 14, 2006 and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site
plan for the Dragonfly Group to construct a childcare center, on property located at 5448
140th Street North.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
The applicant shall combine the two parcels into one and record it with
Washington County.
2. The applicant shall dedicate the required 140th Street public right of way to the
City.
3. The applicant shall submit a full lighting plan and cut sheets of all parking lot
lights, exterior building light, and ground fixtures. Only cut-off fixtures are
allowed
4. All items in the engineer's memo dated September 5, 2006 shall be completed.
5. Prior to the installation of any signs, the applicant shall obtain sign permits. Prior
to the issuance of any sign permit, the applicant shall submit a sign policy for the
building.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 2nd day of October, 20 6.
