A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE OAKSHORE PARK STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted October 2, 2006 fixed a date for a Council hearing on
the proposed Oakshore Park Street and Utility Improvementts including portions of Ethan
Avenue, 126x' Street North, Europa Avenue North, and 126 Street Court. The improvements
include constructing sanitary sewer, watermain, and drainage improvements, as well as roadway
reconstruction and paving. The Feasibility Report was received by the Council on October 2,
2006, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the heariYg was given, and the hearing
was held thereon on the 6th day of November, 2006, at which time all persons desiring to be
heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted the 6" day of
November, 2006
2. WSB & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Whereupon said resolution was moved for adoption by Mayor Fran Miron and duly
seconded by Council member Frank Puleo.
Council members voting AYE: Haas, Puleo, Miron
Council members voting NAY: NONE
Council members ABSTAINING: Granger and Petryk
Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this a day of November, 2006
