RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING SANDY MALASKI FOR HER 11 YEARS OF
PUBLIC SERVICE ON THE PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, Sandy Malaski served on the Planning Commission from June 22, 1994 to
March 31, 2005; and
WHEREAS, Sandy Malaski was appointed Vice Chair on February 5, 2001 and served in
that leadership role until her term expired; and
WHEREAS, Sandy Malaski served as participative member on the Planning Commission
on many significant planning projects; and
WHEREAS, Sandy Malaski was instrumental in the development of the City's landscape
ordinance and Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, Sandy Malaski has submitted her resignation effective March 31, 2005 and will
be deeply missed by the Planning Commission, City Council, and City; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUGO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the Hugo City Council officially
recognizes Sandy Malaski for her volunteerism and publicly thank her for her 11 years of
dedicated public service to the City of Hugo.
