APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW
FOR THE OPERATION OF A HOME OCCUPATION AS AN ACCESSORY USE,
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15118 IRISH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, Vince and Julie Lutz have requested approval of a conditional use permit to
allow for the operation of a home occupation as an accessory use on the property legally
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Vince and Julie Lutz for a conditional use permit amendment to allow for the
operation of a home occupation as an accessory use, subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit is approved in accordance with the application received by
the City on January 10, 2005.
2. All materials and vehicles related to the business shall be stored inside the building.
3. There shall be no gas torching and no welding allowed inside the building.
4. No restriction on hours of operation are established at the time of issuance of this
permit provided, however, that an expressed condition of the granting of this permit
shall be the option of the City Council to establish, at its discretion, hours of
operation.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 21 st day of March, 2005.
